Fit was great. Both the dress and the wig was great quality.
Aside from the longer shipping (not sure if that is normal, or due to the global pandemic delays) it was perfect for my little 2021 Cruella! She received many compliments : )

The costume arrived and my 7yo immediately tore it open and screamed with delight. This costume fulfilled her every expectation and fit right according to the guidelines.
My daughter is happy…I’m happy. Costume was worn several times prior to Halloween and nearly all day on Halloween and kept its integrity, no tears, rips, piling, etc.
