The dress is as described. Very well made. The fabric on the inside is soft and my toddler isn't complaining about anything itchy. The sequence up top its beautiful and full coverage, there are not bald spots. The skirt has 3 layers. The first a blue slip, followed by blue tulle and the last layer is the tulle over skirt, which is stitched to have a full skirt effect. I order for my daughter birthday, she is overjoyed!
